First step is the selection of proper raw materials. In fact it is the most important one, because final functionality of a preparation depends on the quality of the supply.

The production process
When selected material passes the restricted quality tests, it goes to production department.
Materials are processed with techniques, which enable the preserve of maximum value and mixed to improve the friability.

In every set of material we take a sample, which goes to archives and stands for the proof of quality of our products.

Product confection
Prepared material we put through the process of confection, which means we pack it in capsules and containers. The process is checked every 10 000 capsule on average.
Selected sample is weighted to confirm the declared amount of material and at the same time we check, if the chosen cluster contains proper quantity of the capsules.
Next step is hermetic closure, in order to maintain the maximum ingredient content and labeling the ready packages. Then the preparations are transported to the logistic department, set in the boxes and sent directly to the client.
